Cloud Access

As a service, R-Key exists as an Internet-accessible service (unless customized to only exist as part of an extranet). Access is available 24x7 throughout the United States (support for international phones coming soon). Being a service, R-Key requires no maintenance and can grow in capacity automatically, on-demand.

Data Center

R-Key is hosted in a highly scalable cloud computing platform with high availability and dependability. The data center has successfully completed multiple SAS70 Type II audits, and publishes a Service Organization Controls 1 (SOC 1) report, published under both the SSAE 16 and the ISAE 3402 professional standards. In addition, the data center has achieved ISO 27001 certification, has been successfully validated as a Level 1 service provider under the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS), and has received FISMA-Moderate Authority to Operate. They continue to obtain the appropriate security certifications and conduct audits to demonstrate the security of our infrastructure and services

Reliability

Each R-Key customer's service runs on individually-dedicated servers for security segregation. Each customer's service includes a minimum of two servers for hot failover, and at certain performance thresholds, additional servers are automatically added to guarantee high-performance. All data and customizations are encrypted and secured, providing 99.999999999% durability and 99.99% availability.
