Because no two companies have the exact same requirements, R-Key was designed to be customizable in every aspect, from the user experience to the security strength.

User Experience

R-Key allows for complete customization of the user experience. From wording and logos to complete page replacement, all user-visible components can be replaced in their entirety to align with corporate standards. All error messages can be customized and multi-byte character sets are supported

Registration can be performed automatically, or R-Key can be configured for users to self-register.

Security

To meet the security requirements of each specific organization, R-Key allows for the following security customizations:

• Strong, one-time PINs
• Reuse of strong PINs
• PIN expiration
• PIN length
• PIN keyspace (letters numbers, characters, etc.)
• Case sensitivity
• Digital signatures
• Two-factor authentication with static password/pin
• Two-factor authentication with integration to corporate LDAP or AD
• SSL enforcement
• VPN support to exist as part of an extranet
• VPN support to exist both inside and out of an intranet
